🧭 Educational trajectory — how to choose your own path
Yuriy Tomka presented an educational trajectory system that allows each student to choose their own path — from analytics to development, from start-ups to R&D laboratories. Each student receives support from curators, mentors, and experienced teachers who accompany them at every stage.

🔹 The curriculum includes:
– compulsory courses in programming, algorithms, databases, artificial intelligence, cloud computing,
– elective disciplines that allow students to focus on their own professional interests.
🔹 Students are never left alone: curators, mentors, senior students, and teachers assist them in choosing disciplines and professional paths.
🔹 The educational programme allows students to work on projects from the very first year and to implement full-fledged IT solutions at the graduation stage.
🚀 First offer — while still studying
During the event, Mykhailo Gorsky shared not only inspiration but also specific tools for getting started in IT. He talked about:
🔹 where to start your journey in IT,
🔹 how to build a professional portfolio while still in school,
🔹 what fields graduates can work in: Data Science, Web Development, QA, DevOps, Software Engineering.
🔹 how to write a competent resume that will immediately attract the attention of recruiters. Students learned how to structure their CV correctly, which skills to emphasize, and how to present even educational projects in a favorable light.

The department’s training combines theory and practice, including participation in career events, internships, freelance projects, and international exchange programs, which opens the way to a real first job offer as early as the third or fourth year of study.
