Submission Guidelines for the AIT&AIS Scientific Workshop
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft, and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support
The Applied Information Technologies and Artificial Intelligence Systems (AIT&AIS) workshop, scheduled for 18–19 December 2025 at Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University, invites submissions for presentation. All submissions must adhere to the following requirements to ensure eligibility for review.

IMPORTANT! A necessary requirement for the materials is the presentation of a report at the workshop by one of the co-authors.
Students and postgraduates prepare a publication in co-authorship with their supervisor.
Submission Guidelines
– Paper type: Regular papers (at least of 10 pages), English.
– Template (CEUR-ART, one-column):
– LaTeX ZIP: CEURART.zip (recommended with Overleaf)
– Libre Office template: Download
– Submission system: Submit via Microsoft CMT.
– Peer review: Double-blind.
The papers to be submitted for the scinetific workshop shall be in English and be at least of 10 pages. While preparing their papers the authors should to adhere to CEUR template CEUR-WS.org.

All submissions will be peer-reviewed by at least two independent reviews. Acceptance requires at least one strong accept and no rejects; a third reviewer may be invited in case of disagreement.
