From 16 to 19 June 2025, five representatives of Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University visited the University of Iasi ‘A. I. Cuza’ (Romania) to participate in the anniversary International Summer School ‘ECODAM – Evolutionary Computation in Optimisation and Intelligent Data Analysis’.
The delegation was led by Klavdiya Zenkova, professor at the Department of Printing, Multimedia and Optical Technologies of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Physical, Technical and Computer Sciences.
Among the students were first-year students of the second (master’s) level of higher education.
- Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science – Iryna Kotsur (student majoring in Applied Mathematics), Valeria Chaika (majorring in Computer Science),
- Educational and Scientific Institute of Physics, Technology and Computer Sciences – Dayana Turetska (student majoring in Computer Science), Valentina Radymovska (major in Publishing and Printing).
Interesting acquaintances, exchange of information, interdisciplinary scientific approaches combined with machine learning approaches accompanied the university delegation throughout the four days of the summer school.
