1.1. As stipulated by CEUR-WS.org, the minimum length of submitted papers is 10 pages, except for invited papers presented by keynote speakers.
1.2. Submissions must be original, unpublished works, not previously included in other proceedings.
1.3. Papers must be written in English and conform to the CEUR-WS single-column template (available at https://ceur-ws.org/Vol-XXX/CEURART.zip). Non-compliance with the template may result in rejection, even if the paper passes peer review. The template can be downloaded here.
1.4. Submissions must present novel contributions or innovative solutions in the field of applied information technologies and artificial intelligence. Review papers are not accepted.
1.5. Papers must be thoroughly proofread and spell-checked in English prior to submission.
1.6. Both initial submissions and camera-ready versions must be submitted by the deadlines set by the Program Committee.
1.7. Authors are required to address all reviewers’ comments and recommendations during the revision process.
1.8. Materials must be submitted in PDF format via the Microsoft CMT Platform, ensuring no formatting errors.

Note: If downloading the CEUR-WS template is blocked by Google Chrome, right-click the link, select “Save link as,” choose a file directory, and click the download arrow in the browser’s bottom panel to save the file.

2.1. The author with the highest number of DBLP-indexed papers should be listed as the first author, following an unofficial CEUR-WS recommendation to prioritize contributors based on DBLP publication counts.
2.2. At least one author must hold a PhD (Candidate of Sciences) or higher academic degree.
2.3. Students and PhD candidates may be included as co-authors, provided they have actively contributed to the research or experiments described in the paper.

3.1. All submissions must focus on computer science, as mandated by CEUR-WS.org.
3.2. At least one author should be affiliated with a computer science department or hold a degree in computer science or a closely related field (e.g., information systems, business informatics).
3.3. Papers must employ research methodologies rooted in computer science or related disciplines. Using computational tools to support research in unrelated fields (e.g., material science) is insufficient for acceptance.

4.1. The research topic must directly relate to applied information technologies, artificial intelligence, or information systems.
4.2. Papers must include the following mandatory sections:

• Introduction: Up to 1 page, outlining the research’s relevance, objectives, and tasks.
• Related Work: 1–3 pages, providing a comprehensive review of recent developments in the research area. If objectives and tasks are not specified in the Introduction, they must be included here.
• Methods / Methods and Materials: 2+ pages, describing the proposed methods or techniques to address the research problem.
• Experiment: 2+ pages, demonstrating the applicability of the proposed methods or technologies.
• Results: 2+ pages, presenting experimental outcomes using tables, figures, or other visualizations.
• Discussion: 1+ page, interpreting the results and comparing them with prior research.
• Conclusions: Up to 1 page, summarizing findings and outlining future research prospects.
• Declaration on Generative AI: Must follow the CEUR-WS template requirements.
• References: At least 10 sources, with 70% published within the last 3–5 years. Self-citation must not exceed 10%.

4.3. The final page of the paper must be at least 80% full.
4.4. The paper title must be concise (maximum 13 words, including articles and prepositions) and accurately reflect the research outcomes. Avoid redundant words or brackets in the title.
4.5. The reference list must prioritize periodical sources (e.g., journal articles) over non-periodical sources (e.g., textbooks). Non-English sources require transliteration or translation in square brackets.
4.6. All figures, diagrams, and images must be high-resolution and include appropriate captions for reproduction in CEUR-WS proceedings.
4.7. All abbreviations must be defined upon first use. Formulae and their components must maintain consistent font sizes.
4.8. Papers must exclude footnotes and page numbers. Footers, except on the first page, must be blank and formatted per the CEUR-WS template.

5.1. Authors must declare whether Generative AI tools were used in the preparation of the paper, as required by CEUR-WS.org.
5.2. The declaration must follow one of two formats:
a) No Generative AI Used: “The author(s) did not use any Generative AI tools in the preparation of this work.”
b) Generative AI Used: Specify tools and their purpose, following the CEUR-WS taxonomy (https://ceur-ws.org/genai-tax.html). Example: “During the preparation of this work, the author(s) used X-GPT-4 and Gramby for grammar and spelling checks and X-AI-IMG for generating Figures 3 and 5.3. After using these tools, the author(s) reviewed and edited the content as needed and take(s) full responsibility for the publication’s content.”
Submissions failing to meet these requirements may be rejected by the Program Committee, regardless of peer-review outcomes. Authors are responsible for ensuring compliance with all guidelines to facilitate a smooth review process.
