The Scientific Center “International Center for Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence” (ICCSAI) is a voluntary association of higher education students, young researchers, and employees of Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University.
The International Center for Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence (ICCSAI) was established on November 25, 2025, as a voluntary association of higher education students, postgraduate students, young researchers, and employees of Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University. The Center was founded on the basis of partnership agreements between the University and leading foreign higher education institutions, laboratories, research centers, and academic publishers.
The scientific activities of ICCSAI are coordinated by the International Scientific Committee, which includes representatives of the following universities and research institutions: Nova Southeastern University (USA), State University of New York at Oswego (USA), Delft University of Technology (Netherlands), University of Ostrava (Czech Republic), Al Albayt University (Jordan), Lublin University of Technology (Poland), King Abdulaziz University (Saudi Arabia), AMUiT & MAISM-RTU Kota (India), Hokkaido University (Japan), The Chinese University of Hong Kong (Hong Kong), McMaster University (Canada), Mount Royal University (Canada).
The purpose of ICCSAI’s activities is to contribute to enhancing the scientific and professional levels of specialists in the field of information technologies through conferences, workshops, seminars, and trainings; to create favorable conditions for publishing scientific articles in international journals indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, and DBLP; and to foster cooperation between the University and leading international institutions in the scientific and educational spheres.
ICCSAI actively promotes the development of cooperation between the University and leading foreign institutions, creating conditions for enhancing the scientific and professional level of specialists in the field of information technologies.
The scope of ICCSAI’s activities includes organizing and conducting scientific and professional conferences, workshops, seminars, and trainings in cooperation with international partners; providing organizational support for the publication of scientific articles by University employees in international journals, particularly within the framework of agreements signed with publishers; coordinating the activities of the University’s structural units in their international cooperation in the field of information technologies; and carrying out international scientific and technical activities.
The mission of ICCSAI is to promote the development of science and education, strengthen international cooperation, and support the dissemination of research results within the global academic community.
